A friend of mine sent me Saada Salum Mkuya's CV. Mkuya (above) was recently appointed Minister for Finance. Looking at the flow of her educations, I can smell something fishy. First of all, the so-called courses she took make me a bit wary. For, CCM will easily fix this girl and scoop our money to come up with another EPA that'll enable its new candidate to win presidency as it was when Kikwete vied. I can easily connect dots and see why Nchemba Mwigulu and Adam Malima were appointed assistants to this suspicious girl.In her CV she is able to indicate where she did her secondary and advanced secondary school but not where she obtained her "diploma and degrees"!
Hereunder is the way my friend described the girl.
Ms Salum’s CV (attached) shows that she started work in the Zanzibar Treasury in 2003 as an ‘Officer’.
By 2006 she was still only an ‘Administrative Officer’.
Just five years later (2011), Ms Salum was Zanzibar's Commissioner for Finance. Two of these five years (2008-10) she spent studying for a Masters Degree (see below).
The following year (2012), President Kikwete appointed her Deputy Minister of Finance in the Union government.
Ms Salum’s educational profile (below) shows that she did her primary and secondary schooling in Zanzibar, but we are not told where she undertook 7 years of post-secondary education. In 1999, Ms Salum obtained an 'Adv Diploma' after a 2 year course of 'Business Study’; then she did another 2 years of ‘Courses for The Second Degree in Business', leading to a Certificate (2002); and finally a ‘Master of Finance’ (3 years) for which she obtained a Masters Degree (2010).

We are not told where she completed her post-secondary education because they have not thought that far ahead; they are still trying to fill in the blanks. That is our geniuses at work.
There is probably another swindle in the making or the good doctor has found his concubine a job. We are screwed either way.
Jaribu you're right there is another swindle in the making. This lady is something else. There must be something fishy behind the curtains with regards to this double-faced lady.
